InfoWorld: A Windows Admin Tames Open BlueDragon

In a follow-up to his previous InfoWorld article on Open BlueDragon, J. Peter Bruzzese describes his experiences getting Open BlueDragon up and running with the friendly assistance of Alan Williamson.
The results? He got Open BlueDragon up and running in no time, and estimates that he wouldn't have fared better with a closed-source solution due to the great community support that's part and parcel of any well-run open source project.
He also makes the point that by using open source solutions, you can save your company money and become an asset "in a world where admins have become a dime a dozen."
